We are currently seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge, whose primary responsibility will be to warmly and professionally meet and greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and external service providers on a daily basis. As the first point of contact for visitors to our community, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Position Details:
- Direct Hire Concierge
- Schedule: Every Weekend (Saturday – Sunday): 8:00 AM – 2:15 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent telephone coverage.
- Address and resolve concerns presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring organizational objectives are met while individuals feel they have received appropriate assistance. De-escalate challenging situations as needed.
- Accept, log, and notify recipients of delivery packages; manage package storage effectively.
- Prepare maintenance work orders via TELS as requested by residents and staff.
- Support the Human Resources Manager and other departments with various projects and assignments.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Excellent telephone communication skills are essential.
