Job description:

Part-Time Front Desk Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our members, guests, and program participants while ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals in our facility.

Available Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 10 AM – 5 PM
  • Monday – Thursday: 4 PM – 8 PM
  • Saturday: 6:30 AM – 1 PM
  • Approximately 15-25 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, telephone, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A fun, friendly, and adaptable individual
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate

Responsibilities:

  • Address member and guest inquiries to enhance member retention
  • Promote memberships and program offerings
  • Foster relationships with members, helping them connect with one another and the YMCA community
  • Monitor the facility to ensure member safety and strengthen member relations

Rate of Pay:

$11.35/hour (commensurate with experience)

Part-time staff will receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
