Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise renowned for its exceptional massage, facial, and hair removal services. With a robust presence of over 500 locations throughout the US and Canada, Hand & Stone is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.

We are currently seeking a Lead Spa Associate for our Reynoldsburg location. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients enjoy an exquisite experience at our spa.

The ideal candidate will not only oversee a dedicated group of hardworking individuals but will also assist with the daily operations of our front desk. This supervisory position requires flexible availability during our operational hours, which are as follows:

– Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM
– Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 9 PM
– Saturday: 9 AM – 8 PM

This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, and offers a competitive compensation package that includes hourly pay, commission, and bonus potential.
