Job Summary:
The Member Services Representative is tasked with fostering a positive experience for members by delivering an exceptional level of customer service to current members, potential members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Manage front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phones courteously and assisting callers with a range of inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system efficiently.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Processing necessary updates to member accounts.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally; escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
    • Contributing to the maintenance of a tidy and clean club environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:
