Job description:

As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store’s appearance and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, operating the cash register, and performing cleaning duties to ensure the store is always inviting. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases efficiently, maintain cleanliness throughout the store, and neatly stock shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers in making their shopping experience enjoyable.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain clear communication with the store management team.
  • Provide valuable feedback to management regarding products, inventory discrepancies, scanning errors, and other operational concerns.
  • Participate in inventory counts according to established guidelines and monitor inventory accuracy.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stock merchandise from receiving areas to shelves; capable of placing products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelving at various heights.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older for employment in this role at ALDI.
