Job Description Summary
This entry-level position serves as a pathway to develop skills within our tool and die making shop. The starting wage is $18.00 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive wages, 401K matching, paid holidays and vacation, medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as discounts for retail and travel.

Key Responsibilities
The General Laborer will be tasked with the following duties:

  • Operating a box truck.
  • Performing facilities maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Housekeeping
    • Polishing
    • Emptying pans and bins
    • Groundskeeping
  • Assisting various departments as needed, including Polishing, Quality, and Mill and Lathe Operations/Programming.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License (to operate a box truck).
