Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, collaborating closely with the Infectious Control department.

  • Manage the Unit Operating System efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating teams to exceed client expectations in service and the technical execution of housekeeping systems.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining strong customer/client relationships.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work independently, ensuring compliance and timely project completion.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • At least 5 years of custodial or housekeeping director-level experience, ideally in a healthcare environment.

  • Experience in managing projects within established timelines.
  • Proficient with technology and computer systems.
  • Background in vendor and contract management, including union negotiations.
