Job Title: General Manager – Lakewood & Downtown Cleveland

Company: Orangetheory Fitness

Location: Lakewood, OH

Pay: $50000 – 55000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 for a “General Manager” role in Lakewood and Downtown Cleveland appears to be below the competitive market rates for similar positions. Typically, General Managers in urban areas, especially in management roles involving operations oversight and strategic decision-making, can command salaries ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 or more, depending on the industry and the specific responsibilities of the role. Given the cost of living in the region and the average salaries for comparable positions, this pay scale may be considered low, potentially impacting recruitment and retention of qualified candidates.
