Job Title: General Manager – Lakewood & Downtown Cleveland

Company: Orangetheory Fitness

Location: Lakewood, OH

Pay: $50000 – 55000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate translating to an annual salary of $50,000 to $55,000 for a General Manager position in Lakewood and Downtown Cleveland appears to be on the lower end of the competitive spectrum. Typically, General Managers in similar urban settings and industries, especially in retail, hospitality, or larger organizations, can expect salaries ranging from $60,000 to over $90,000, depending on the company’s size, complexity, and specific responsibilities. In comparison, the offered salary may attract candidates with less experience or those in smaller companies, but it may struggle to retain talent or attract highly experienced professionals given industry standards and the cost of living in those areas.
