Job Title: Graduate Supervisor – Marketing

Company: Centers

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 for a “Graduate Supervisor – Marketing” role in Cleveland, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the scale when considering industry standards for similar positions. Typically, entry-level marketing roles or supervisory positions in larger markets tend to range from $20 to $30 per hour, reflecting not only the cost of living but also the skills and responsibilities associated with the role. In Cleveland, the median salary for marketing supervisors can vary, but many positions offer compensation that accounts for the expertise required. Therefore, while the $17 rate may be seen as a starting point, it might not be competitive or sufficient for attracting qualified candidates in the marketing field.
