Job description:

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our culinary team as Line Cooks. The primary responsibilities of this role include the setup and teardown of the grill line, food preparation, cooking, food presentation, as well as maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to order according to specified guidelines
  • Adhere to standard grill line recipes
  • Operate grill and fryers; sautee, broil, and bake in accordance with cooking instructions
  • Set up and dismantle the food preparation workspace
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
  • Manage proper storage and handling of food
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols in the kitchen
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be at least 16 years of age to apply
