About the Position:
We are looking for versatile team members who can seamlessly work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End operations. The pay range for this position is $11.58 – $13.72 per hour. This role is based in Cincinnati at our store located at 3088 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver outstanding guest service by:
- Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating meal solutions
- Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of weekly ad items, collaborating across departments to support our guests
- Creating a welcoming shopping environment by merchandising and stocking products, while promptly attending to guests’ needs
- Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Presenting oneself in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
