Job description:

As the Growth Manager for Field & Virtual Events, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of both in-person and virtual events on a global scale. We seek an enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about enhancing engagement through diverse event formats and possesses a robust understanding of marketing funnels. Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective interactions with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution:

    • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events (e.g., webinars) to align with growth objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event experiences, from setup through follow-up.
    • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
    • Evaluate event performance metrics to inform and enhance future initiatives.
  • Content & Communication Support:

    • Partner with content and design teams to develop engaging event materials, including presentations, invitations, emails, advertisements, and promotions.
    • Create and distribute email campaigns, social media content, and other communications aimed at driving event attendance.
    • Ensure that all content aligns with event goals and effectively resonates with target audiences.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Maintain open lines of communication with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with event objectives.
    • Support vendor relationships and negotiations to guarantee high-quality event services.
    • Implement post-event follow-up strategies to maximize engagement opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Data Management:
    • Track leads generated from events and contribute to the development of lead-nurturing strategies.
    • Ensure accurate CRM data entry for comprehensive post-event analysis and tracking.
    • Assist in reporting success metrics to assess ROI and engagement impact.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles, ideally within B2B/SaaS environments.
  • Proven success in planning and executing corporate events, branded roadshows, and field events that drive revenue.

The compensation range for this position is $64,500 to $96,000, with actual compensation determined by individual skills, experience, qualifications, geographical location, and our business needs and objectives.
