V/O Med Spa Rochester is seeking an enthusiastic addition to our team as a Guest Experience Specialist. If you possess a passion for beauty and a vibrant personality, this role offers an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
As the Guest Experience Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing an exceptional experience for our guests, starting from their initial contact via phone or in-person. Your responsibilities will include accurately scheduling appointments and ensuring that guests receive their services in a timely and professional manner. It is essential that you embody V/O’s core values and reflect them through your interactions and conduct.
In this role, you will strive to meet guest expectations by addressing inquiries, managing the intake process for new patients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and delivering exemplary communication and administrative support. Additionally, you will play a key role in the sales process and represent the V/O Med Spa brand with the utmost professionalism.
