What You Will Do:
Serve as the welcoming and service-oriented representative of our hotel, ensuring all guests enjoy exceptional experiences. You will assist guests with professionalism and efficiency, providing friendly and courteous service. Responsibilities include:

• Performing front desk tasks such as checking guests in and out, promoting company initiatives, maintaining guest records, handling cash transactions, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving issues.
• Assisting with breakfast service and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, which may involve food preparation, setup, guest service (as host or bartender), and cleanup.
• Upholding the highest standards of integrity, service, and hospitality to embody the Drury culture for customers and colleagues.
• Delivering an outstanding guest experience characterized by courteous and friendly interactions, embracing a +1 Service attitude.
