You are comfortable assisting with various personal care tasks, which may include support with feeding, personal hygiene, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, laundry, and other household responsibilities. While you don’t need to be a gourmet chef, you should be capable of preparing nutritious meals and navigating a kitchen effectively.

You are able to support clients in multiple ways, including but not limited to: medication reminders, assistance with prescribed range of motion exercises, dementia care, and companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.

Must Haves:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as required for the position
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Compliance with direct patient care requirements
• Capability to pass a complete employment background check
• Successful completion of a Competency Evaluation that meets state licensing requirements for home health agencies
• Current CPR certification is recommended
• A minimum of one year experience as a Home Health Aide in healthcare settings (either in-home or facilities) and successful completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide course
