Job Title: Hiring PRN LPNs

Company: TheKey

Location: Upper Arlington, OH

Pay: $25 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $25 for a PRN (as-needed) LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) position in Upper Arlington, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the competitive spectrum. As of recent data, LPNs in Ohio typically earn between $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, facility type, and specific location. While $25 is within this range, it might not be competitive enough to attract many candidates, especially given varying demand levels and the costs of living in Upper Arlington. Many facilities may offer additional benefits or higher pay rates for PRN positions to entice qualified professionals, suggesting that this rate may need to be reevaluated to remain attractive in the current job market.
