Job Description
Job Title: Home Care Aide – Weekly Pay
Company: Honor
Location: Brice, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for a Home Care Aide position in Brice, OH, is generally in line with industry standards, although it may be on the lower end of the scale. As of late 2023, home care aides in Ohio typically earn between $14 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. Given this context, while the offered rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it may be less appealing for experienced aides considering the rising cost of living and increasing demand for qualified caregivers. Overall, to attract and retain talent, the wage might need to be reassessed in relation to local market trends and the complexity of care provided.
