Pay: $10.35 – 13.55 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10.35 to $13.55 for a Home Care Assistant in Sturgis, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages, which typically range from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. In Michigan, wages for similar roles can vary widely, but many positions tend to pay closer to $12 to $15 per hour or more, especially with the rising demand for home care services.
