We are seeking dedicated Home Health Aides in Jackson and Lenawee Counties. The schedule is flexible, accommodating your availability and the needs of our clients. Increased availability will allow you to maximize your hours.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and providing standby assistance for transfers, bathing, and dressing. While prior experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. We offer individualized training that covers activities of daily living (ADLs), as well as topics such as dementia and Alzheimer’s care, social interaction skills, and other crucial aspects of the role.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate honesty and reliability, as our clients depend on your support. Candidates should be technologically proficient enough to utilize an application for logging in and out of shifts, as well as documenting client notes and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Current car insurance
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Certification as a CNA, MA, or a similar qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
