Responsibilities Include:
Personal Care Services:
- Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
- Supporting clients with eating and meal management
- Offering assistance with household management and personal affairs
- Aiding in the self-administration of medications (not dispensing)
- Ensuring essential housekeeping for client health and safety
- Performing additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the client’s care plan
Homemaking Services:
- Planning and preparing meals
- Assisting with grocery shopping and planning
- Providing laundry services, including folding, ironing, and organizing
- Conducting house cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining kitchen and bathroom facilities
- Changing bed linens and ensuring a clean living environment
- Offering respite services for the regular caregiver
- Completing other homemaking tasks as specified in the client’s care plan
Basic Requirements:
- Active Ohio STNA License
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Auto Insurance
- Reliable Personal Vehicle
