Services You Will Provide:

Personal Care Services:
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
- Support with eating and meal management
- Aid clients with household management and personal affairs
- Assist in the self-administration of medications
- Provide essential housekeeping for client health and safety
- Perform additional daily living activities as outlined in care plans
- Homemaking Services:
- Meal planning and preparation
- Grocery shopping assistance
- Laundry services (folding, ironing, organizing)
- House cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom care
- Change bed linens and maintain a clean living environment
- Provide respite services for regular caregivers
- Complete other homemaking tasks as per the care plan
Important Work Guidelines:
- Weight lifting limit of 25 lbs
- No medication dispensing or administration
- Services are provided only when the client is present
- No transportation of clients in any vehicle
- No medical procedures or treatments; maintain professional boundaries (no sharing personal contact information)
- All care is supervised by nursing staff
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to access homes that may not be wheelchair accessible
- Adequate hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity for client care
