Services You’ll Provide:

Personal Care Services:

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming.
• Support meal management and dietary needs.
• Aid clients in managing household and personal affairs.
• Assist with self-administration of medications (not dispensing).
• Ensure essential housekeeping to promote client well-being.
• Carry out additional activities of daily living (ADLs) per individualized care plans.

Homemaking Services:

• Plan and prepare meals.
• Facilitate grocery shopping and assist with planning.
• Provide laundry services, including folding and ironing.
• Maintain cleanliness through dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom care.
• Change bed linens and create a tidy living environment.
• Offer respite services for regular caregivers.
• Complete other homemaking tasks as outlined in care plans.

Important Work Guidelines:

• Maximum weight lifting limitation of 25 lbs.
• No medication dispensing or administration.
• Services provided only while the client is present.
• Driving clients in personal vehicles is prohibited.
• No medical procedures or treatments.

Physical Requirements:

Requirements:
