Services You Will Provide:
Personal Care Services:

  • Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
  • Supporting clients with meal management and nutrition
  • Aiding clients with household management and personal affairs
  • Assisting with self-administration of medications (not dispensing)
  • Ensuring a clean and healthy living environment through essential housekeeping
  • Performing additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the client’s care plan

Homemaking Services:

  • Planning and preparing meals
  • Assisting with grocery shopping and planning
  • Providing laundry services
  • Maintaining a clean home environment, including dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom care
  • Changing bed linens and ensuring a clean living space
  • Providing respite services for the client’s regular caregiver
  • Completing other homemaking tasks as specified in the client’s care plan

Important Work Guidelines:

  • Ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs
  • No medication dispensing or administration
  • Services provided only when the client is present
  • No transporting clients in any vehicle
  • No medical procedures or treatments conducted
  • Maintenance of professional boundaries, including no sharing of personal contact information
  • All care to be supervised by nursing staff

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to access homes that may not be wheelchair accessible
  • Adequate hearing, vision, and dexterity for client care

Requirements:
