Services You Will Provide:
Personal Care Services:
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming.
- Support with eating and meal management.
- Aid clients in managing household tasks and personal affairs.
- Assist with self-administration of medications (not dispensing).
- Ensure essential housekeeping for client health and well-being.
- Perform additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in clients’ individualized care plans.
Homemaking Services:
- Plan and prepare meals.
- Assist with grocery shopping and planning.
- Provide laundry services including folding and ironing.
- Maintain cleanliness through house cleaning activities such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Change bed linens and uphold a tidy living environment.
- Provide respite services for the regular caregiver.
- Complete other homemaking tasks as specified in the client’s care plan.
Important Work Guidelines:
- Maximum weight lifting limit of 25 lbs.
- No medication dispensing or administration.
- Services are provided only when the client is present at home.
- Transportation of clients in personal vehicles is not permitted.
- No involvement in medical procedures or treatments.
- Maintain professional boundaries by not sharing personal contact information.
- All care will be supervised by nursing staff.
Physical Requirements:
