Services You Will Provide:

Personal Care Services:

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming.
• Support with eating and meal management.
• Aid clients in managing household tasks and personal affairs.
• Assist with self-administration of medications (not dispensing).
• Ensure essential housekeeping for client health and well-being.
• Perform additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in clients’ individualized care plans.

Homemaking Services:

• Plan and prepare meals.
• Assist with grocery shopping and planning.
• Provide laundry services including folding and ironing.
• Maintain cleanliness through house cleaning activities such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Change bed linens and uphold a tidy living environment.
• Provide respite services for the regular caregiver.
• Complete other homemaking tasks as specified in the client’s care plan.

Important Work Guidelines:

• Maximum weight lifting limit of 25 lbs.
• No medication dispensing or administration.
• Services are provided only when the client is present at home.
• Transportation of clients in personal vehicles is not permitted.
• No involvement in medical procedures or treatments.
