Services You Will Provide:
Personal Care Services:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
• Support with eating and meal management
• Help with household management and personal affairs
• Assistance with self-administration of medications (not dispensing)

• Additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the client’s individualized care plan

Important Work Guidelines:

• Maximum weight lifting restriction of 25 lbs
• No medication dispensing or administration
• Services provided only when the client is present
• Prohibition on driving clients in personal vehicles
• No medical procedures or treatments to be performed
• Maintenance of professional boundaries (no sharing personal contact information)
• All care will be supervised by nursing staff

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to access clients’ homes that may lack wheelchair accessibility
• Sufficient auditory, visual, and physical dexterity for client care
• Capability to assist with client mobility utilizing proper techniques and equipment
• Must be capable of lifting/carrying up to 25 pounds

Requirements:

• Home Health Aide Training Certificate (30-Hour, 60-Hour, or 75-Hour certification to be submitted after application)
