Services You Will Provide:

Personal Care Services:

  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
  • Help with meal management and eating
  • Support clients with household management and personal affairs
  • Aid in the self-administration of medications (not dispensing)
  • Provide essential housekeeping to ensure client health and well-being
  • Perform additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the client’s individualized care plan

Homemaking Services:

  • Plan and prepare meals
  • Assist with grocery shopping and planning
  • Provide laundry services (folding, ironing, organizing)
  • Conduct house cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining kitchen and bathroom areas
  • Change bed linens and ensure a clean living environment
  • Offer respite services for the client’s regular caregiver
  • Complete additional homemaking tasks as specified in the care plan

Important Work Guidelines:

  • Weight lifting maximum of 25 lbs
  • No medication dispensing or administration
  • Services provided only when the client is present
  • Driving clients in a personal vehicle is prohibited
  • No medical procedures or treatments will be performed
  • Professional boundaries must be maintained (no sharing personal contact information)
  • All caregiving will be supervised by nursing staff

Physical Requirements:
