AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for a Home Health Aide in Sagamore Hills, OH, is slightly below the national average, which typically ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. However, it’s essential to consider that regional variations exist, and this rate may be competitive for the local job market, particularly if the cost of living in the area is lower.
