Job Description
Job Title: Home Health Aide
Company: Norwill Healthcare Services
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $15 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $17 for a Home Health Aide in Cleveland, OH, is generally considered to be at the lower end of the pay spectrum for this role. According to recent data, the average hourly wage for Home Health Aides in Ohio typically ranges between $15 and $20, with variations based on factors such as experience, certification, and specific employer. While the offered rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not align with the industry standards for more experienced aides or specialized roles, potentially impacting recruitment and retention in a field that is already facing workforce challenges. Overall, while the rate is within the acceptable range, it could be improved to attract a broader talent pool and ensure competitive compensation.
