Job Title: Home Health Aide

Company: Norwill Healthcare Services, LLC.

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $15 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $17 for a Home Health Aide in Cleveland, OH, is generally in line with industry standards but tends to be on the lower end of the spectrum. According to recent data, the average hourly wage for home health aides in Ohio typically ranges from $12 to $20, with variations based on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. While this pay may be competitive for entry-level or less experienced aides, it may struggle to attract more qualified candidates in a market where higher wages are becoming increasingly common due to rising living costs and a growing demand for healthcare services. As a result, employers offering wages on the lower end may need to consider additional incentives or benefits to attract and retain qualified staff.
