Job Title: Home Health Aide

Company: Your Home Court Advantage LLC

Location: Coshocton, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of recent data, an hourly rate of $15 for a Home Health Aide in Coshocton, OH, is generally below the national average, which typically ranges from $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience and specific duties. In Ohio, wages can vary by region, with urban areas often offering higher rates. Given the growing demand for home health aides due to an aging population and the increasing cost of living, this rate may be considered uncompetitive, making it challenging to attract and retain qualified candidates in the area. Overall, while $15 may meet minimum wage requirements, it does not align well with industry standards for this role.
