Job Description
Job Title: Home Health Aide
Company: Your Home Court Advantage LLC
Location: New Lexington, OH
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of my last knowledge update, the hourly wage of $15 for a Home Health Aide in New Lexington, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to national and regional averages. Typically, Home Health Aides earn between $12 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and local demand. In Ohio, wages often align more closely to the lower to mid-range of this scale, but the $15 rate may not be competitive when considering the cost of living and the increasing demand for healthcare services. Therefore, while it may be acceptable for entry-level positions, offering a more competitive wage could attract and retain skilled aides in the area.
