Join Our Team as a Complimentary AM Attendant!
The Complimentary AM Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring that our hotel guests enjoy a delightful breakfast experience. This position requires the ability to multitask effectively, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized dining area. Responsibilities also include food and beverage preparation, serving guests, addressing their inquiries, and upholding the hotel’s standards of quality and hospitality.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Guest Service & Hospitality: Create a warm and welcoming environment. Greet guests and respond to inquiries regarding hotel services, breakfast offerings, and local attractions.
- Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items and specialty beverages, ensuring adherence to high food safety and sanitation standards.
- Efficiency & Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas, ensuring they are well-stocked and set up per brand standards. Promptly clear tables and refresh buffet stations.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and address guest needs, efficiently evaluating solutions for special requests or issues that may arise.
