Job description:

Pay: $15 per hour. At Great Wolf, the Host/Hostess serves as the initial point of contact for guests, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming dining experience. This position entails greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome patrons and escort them to their designated dining area, monitoring table availability through the floor plan board.
  • Inform customers of current promotions and introduce them to their assigned server.
  • Manage the patron waitlist as required.
  • Safeguard the establishment and its guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
  • Assist dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water, and serving beverages when necessary.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs, including availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
