Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service through consistent home cleaning. Your responsibilities will involve traveling to clients’ residences to deliver a variety of cleaning services. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates high integrity and efficiency, and possesses a keen eye for detail, going above and beyond to make a positive impact on our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize provided equipment, including vacuums and cleaning solutions, to effectively clean client homes.
• Ensure thorough cleaning of all surfaces in the home, encompassing fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, countertops, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
• Perform floor cleaning by hand in kitchens and bathrooms as required.
• Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard surface floors, and furniture meticulously.
• Move reasonably movable furniture to clean beneath and behind as necessary.
• Transport all cleaning products and equipment between the office, vehicle, and clients’ homes.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Foster a positive work environment through a pleasant demeanor and contribute to the overall team effort by adhering to uniform standards, reliability, and punctuality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites is required.
• Proficient in reading and following cleaning instructions.
• Knowledgeable in differentiating between various cleaning products and their appropriate uses.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs of equipment.
