Job description:
You are meticulous about cleanliness and take pride in your ability to maintain an immaculate environment. We are currently seeking a full-time housekeeper who embodies a service-oriented mindset, exhibiting energy and enthusiasm while working independently and collaboratively within a team.

This position offers a competitive base pay of $14.00 per hour, in addition to potential incentives, primarily during daytime hours, with mandatory weekend shifts. Responsibilities encompass general cleaning of hotel suites, upkeep of public spaces, and participation in special cleaning projects.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Thoroughly cleaning and vacuuming guest rooms, collecting soiled linens for laundering, making beds, replenishing room supplies, emptying trash, and addressing guest needs to maintain a pristine environment aligned with the high standards of Pyramid Global Hospitality.
– Reporting any deficiencies in rooms (e.g., burnt-out light bulbs, damaged items).
– Updating the daily assignment sheet to reflect completed rooms and any relevant notes.
– Notifying the office of missing items from rooms (e.g., towels, tissue boxes).
– Identifying items left behind by guests and securely turning them in to Security.
– Utilizing approved materials and cleaning products as designated by the housekeeping department.
– Keeping housekeeping equipment in clean and safe condition.
– Ensuring that the housekeeping closet is organized and tidy.
– Performing additional duties and special tasks as assigned by floor supervisors and the Executive Housekeeper.
– Maintaining open communication with supervisors during shifts to highlight areas that require extra attention.
– Completing any other tasks assigned by the Director of Housekeeping or management.
