What You Will Do:

  • Maintain a clean and positive environment for both guests and fellow team members.
  • Ensure exceptional experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
  • Perform various housekeeping tasks to uphold cleanliness in guest rooms according to established standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections of rooms to identify necessary maintenance items.
  • Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service with a friendly demeanor and a +1 Service attitude.

  • May be asked to help with laundry or cleaning public spaces as needed.
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences by responding promptly and courteously to requests, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Note that Drury Hotels operates seven days a week, with peak business on weekends; weekend work may be a requirement for this position.

General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Mental and Physical Requirements:

Education: Equivalent to the completion of two years of high school.
