What You Will Do:

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests and teammates.

  • Perform various housekeeping tasks to uphold established cleanliness standards in guest rooms.
  • Conduct visual inspections of rooms to identify any maintenance needs.
  • Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested.

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND JOB TASKS:

  • Perform a variety of housekeeping duties to maintain guest room cleanliness according to established standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections of rooms to assist in identifying maintenance items.
  • Provide assistance to guests by delivering linens, towels, amenities, or information as needed.
  • May assist with laundry and public area cleaning as required.
  • Ensure a remarkable guest experience by responding promptly and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and complaints with a +1 Service attitude.
  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere for all team members and guests.
  • Note that Drury Hotels operates seven days a week, with weekends being our busiest times, making Saturday and Sunday availability essential for this role.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY:

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Knowledge, skills, and mental abilities equivalent to the completion of two years of high school are required.

EXPERIENCE: Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not mandatory.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Requires the ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Involves pushing, vacuuming, reaching, stretching, and bending as part of daily activities.

  • Reports to the Executive Housekeeper / Assistant General Manager.
