We are seeking to fill immediate full-time and part-time Housekeeper positions at Upper Valley Medical Center, located at 3130 North Country Road 25A, Troy, OH 45373. Please note that applications will only be accepted online.

Job Summary:
Our Housekeepers are responsible for performing light cleaning duties to ensure that facilities such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion. Key responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive, one-on-one interactions.
  • Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
  • Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as required.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
  • Empty and sanitize trash containers, disposing of waste appropriately.
  • Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
  • Wipe down glass surfaces for clarity and cleanliness.
  • Make beds and change linens as necessary.
  • Realign furniture and amenities according to established layouts.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Respond to housekeeping-related issues, such as spills and broken items.
  • Contribute positively to team efforts while maintaining professionalism with customers and colleagues.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.
