We are seeking to fill immediate openings for full-time and part-time HOUSEKEEPER positions at our UK King’s Daughters Ambulatory location, situated at 2001 Scioto Trail, Portsmouth, KY 45662. Please note that applications will only be accepted online.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will perform light cleaning duties that ensure establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, are maintained in a clean and orderly manner. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and common areas, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive, one-on-one interactions.
  • Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
  • Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as needed.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
  • Empty and sanitize trash containers.
  • Dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.
  • Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
  • Wipe down glass surfaces.
  • Make up beds and change linens according to requirement.
  • Reorganize furniture and amenities to conform to layout specifications.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Address housekeeping-related issues, including spills and breakages.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, demonstrating professionalism toward customers and colleagues.
