Join our team as a Housekeeper at Fox Run Village, a prestigious gated retirement community managed by Erickson Senior Living. This position offers the unique advantage of working exclusively within our community, eliminating the need for travel.

Compensation: Starting at $14 per hour.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Ensure the cleanliness of residents’ homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in the Nursing Home.
• Maintain community cleanliness using specialized equipment.
• Sanitize public restrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures.
• Clean shared spaces such as lobbies and living rooms through vacuuming, dusting, decluttering, and trash removal, while also spot cleaning walls, windows, and HVAC vents.
• Attend to classrooms by dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining white/chalkboards and furniture.
• Assist in the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, including replacing trash liners.
• Care for carpeted surfaces through extraction, interim cleaning, and regular vacuuming.

What You Will Need:

• Previous experience in a residential or commercial cleaning capacity is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating carpet care and hard floor cleaning equipment, as well as trash removal tools.
• A strong capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Safe operation of housekeeping vehicles.
• Professional and responsive interaction skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and peers.
