Responsibilities:

• Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Adhere to established cleaning and sanitation protocols while ensuring safety compliance.
• Maintain documentation of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Implement infection control procedures and universal precautions to sustain a sanitary environment.
• Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated positive attitude and effective communication skills when interacting with occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is mandatory.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and sustain prolonged standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
• Capacity to engage in routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and ability to follow both written and oral instructions is essential.
• Residency within the service area is required.
