Responsibilities:
– Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
– Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure proper sanitation.
– Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to a supervisor.
– Follow infection control protocols and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
– Engage respectfully with residents, staff, and guests, delivering excellent customer service.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
– Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
– Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership while performing daily tasks.
– Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
– Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
– Capacity to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
– Must be comfortable working around cleaning products.
– Ability to follow both oral and written instructions proficiently.
– Residency within the service area is required.
