Job description:

We are actively seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join our team immediately. This position is located at Henry Ford River District Hospital, situated at 4100 South River Road, East China, MI 48054. Please note that applications are accepted exclusively online.

As part of our team, you will perform essential light cleaning duties, ensuring establishments like hospitals remain orderly. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and common areas, and vacuuming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean metal fittings and fixtures.
• Empty and sanitize trash containers.
• Maintain cleanliness of wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces and change linens as required.
• Respond to guest queries and housekeeping issues, including spills or maintenance requests.
• Foster teamwork and professionalism in interactions with guests and fellow associates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
