Job description:

Responsibilities

  1. Perform thorough cleaning of windows, both interior and exterior.
  2. Maintain cleanliness through vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping.
  3. Execute detailed dusting.
  4. Conduct comprehensive cleaning of bathrooms.
  5. Oversee complete cleaning of kitchens.
  6. Shampoo carpets, including preparing for move-ins and scheduling routine cleanings.
  7. Carry out additional cleaning and housekeeping tasks as required by Community Management.

For communities with corporate apartments or extended stay facilities:

  1. Provide weekly housekeeping for short-term corporate apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, akin to hotel services.
  2. Manage laundry for supplied linens and towels in corporate apartments.

Qualifications

Required Experience:
Prior cleaning experience in apartment communities is preferred, alongside general cleaning experience.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in using vacuums and other cleaning equipment is essential.
Must demonstrate respect towards residents and co-workers.

Working Conditions:
Exposure to dust, waste, cleaning solutions, and fumes is expected.
This role requires significant physical activity.
Occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary for inspections or move-ins.
