Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Company: Life Care Services

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a Housekeeping Associate in Holland, MI, is generally competitive but slightly below the national average for similar roles, which often ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience and specific duties. In Michigan, wages for housekeeping roles can vary by region, and while some local employers may offer rates at or above this range, economic factors and the cost of living in Holland may influence compensation levels. Overall, while the proposed rate is in the ballpark for entry-level positions, it may not fully reflect the growing demand for workers in this field, especially as many employers are increasing pay to attract talent.
