Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of a Housekeeper is to ensure that guest rooms are clean and comfortable, adhering to Veridea Group standards, while also delivering exemplary guest satisfaction through friendly and courteous service.

Essential Functions:

1. Provide sincere and courteous assistance to all guests, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
2. Execute thorough cleaning and preparation of guest rooms in alignment with Franchise and Veridea Group operational policies and standards, including:
   a. Replacing soiled bed and bath linens with fresh ones.
   b. Removing trash and debris from guest rooms.
   c. Cleaning all surfaces in bathroom areas.
   d. Dusting all surfaces.
   e. Replenishing promotional materials and literature.
   f. Restocking room amenities.
   g. Vacuuming rooms.
   h. Adhering to Extra Thoughtful Care procedures for stay-over rooms.
   i. Completing checkouts within 30 minutes or less.
   j. Reporting unusual circumstances to the supervisor.
   k. Promptly reporting maintenance requests.
   l. Turning in items left in rooms and registering them in the Lost & Found Logbook.
3. Maintain a clean and orderly cart and vacuum cleaner to enhance job efficiency.
4. Report all "DO NOT DISTURB" or bolted-door rooms to the supervisor to ensure guest safety and optimize guest satisfaction.
5. Organize storage areas to uphold quality and maximize efficiency, including:
   a. Checking stock for adequacy for the day’s workload.
   b. Restocking storage rooms and/or carts.
   c. Identifying damaged or rewash linen and returning it to laundry storage areas.
6. Secure linen closets, chutes, and trash chutes to maintain safety and security at all times.
7. Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the property and its facilities to address guest inquiries effectively.
8. Understand and apply all hotel safety and security procedures to ensure a secure environment for both employees and guests.
9. Keep immediate supervisors promptly and fully informed of significant issues or unusual matters, enabling timely corrective action.
10. Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Job Duties:

2. Complete the cleaning of a guest room within 45 minutes or less.
