Join us as a Housekeeping Utility Worker at Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living. In this position, you will uphold the cleanliness of our community through the use of specialized equipment, ensuring pristine building areas, floors, and surfaces. Your responsibilities will include setting up rooms for events, managing trash removal, and assisting with the movement of heavy objects—all while enjoying the benefits of campus living.

Compensation: Starting at $16.50 per hour.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, buffing, and waxing.
• Ensure cleanliness of carpeted areas by extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.
• Clean vertical surfaces including doors, walls, and windows.
• Efficiently remove trash and recycling in accordance with established procedures, utilizing compactors, trucks, and carts.
• Move and arrange furniture in common areas, offices, and residential apartments.
• Deliver items to and from storage, vehicles, apartments, or other designated locations.
• Operate housekeeping equipment and vehicles safely and responsibly.

What You Will Need:

• A current and valid driver’s license.
• Capability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment, and other necessary cleaning apparatus.
• Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques is preferred.
• A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B with air brake endorsement may be required.
• A current and valid Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) Physical/Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
