Job Description
Job Title: Hybrid Accounts Payable Associate – OH
Company: RR Donnelley
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $20 – 22 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $20 – $22 for the “Hybrid Accounts Payable Associate” role in Columbus, OH, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards, which typically range from $22 to $30 per hour based on experience and the specific demands of the role. In Columbus, accounting and finance roles often offer competitive wages due to the city’s growing economy and cost of living. While this rate may attract candidates seeking entry-level positions or those with limited experience, it may not appeal to more qualified applicants in a competitive job market. Thus, it may be beneficial for employers to consider adjusting the pay to attract a broader range of talent.
