Job description:
Pay Range: $20/hr – $25/hr
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate small to medium-sized business (SMB) client implementations from initiation to completion, ensuring that key milestones are achieved within established timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and brokers throughout the implementation process.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, including Sales and Operations, to gather requirements and facilitate accurate system configurations.
- Monitor project status and regularly report on progress, challenges, and risks to the Implementation Manager.
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients and internal teams to review implementation steps and address any outstanding requirements.
- Clearly document client requirements and maintain updated information within project tracking tools, such as SAP or Smartsheet.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant standards and compliance procedures throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Facilitate seamless transitions to account service teams following the successful completion of implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine the client onboarding process continuously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years in client operations, customer support, or client implementation roles.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SAP or other CRM/project tracking platforms is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
